I teamed up with Deer Park to talk about hydration. Summer is here and store stops are a must on these long hot rides. Honestly though, you can't beat a beautiful view matched with #deerpark water since hydration is an absolute must to keep going! I always bring 2-3 water bottles with me, but when you're going through your water at the rate that I do, I always stop at a store to get a refill. I also use hydration mix in my water, do you?
